Directions for Use:
Preparation : Rinse equipment thoroughly with clean water. Prepare new solution daily.
Prepare solution at concentration : 100g in 40 litres of water. Circulate at a temperature of between 76°- 80°C for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Final rinse : It is an offence to allow chemical agents to get into milk. After cleaning with product and before the equipment is used again, it must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water. Food Industry rinsability testing shows that a 10 min exposure of tiles to 3 times the recommended use dilution of product left no residues in excess of 0.0001μg/cm2 chlorine.
Descaling : Equipment (milk tubes, teat cup liners) should be checked periodically and descaling should be carried out periodically following cleaning activities
A monthly check should be carried out on rubber components and seals.
