Directions for Use:
After milking:
Pre-rinse all equipment with clean water run to waste.
Prepare a solution of product containing 5g per litre (~8oz in 10 gallons) of water, and circulate through the equipment for 10 min.
Drain and flush the system with clean water and allow to drain completely.
Recover this solution into the wash trough and this can be used for the next wash. Leave the clusters attached to the jetters. Do not rinse at this stage.
Before next milking:
Pre-rinse all equipment with clean water run to waste.
Second Wash:
Carry out a Pre-rinse of the pipelines as recommended above. Charge the solution retained from previous wash into the plant allowing about 7lt (1.5gal) to run to waste before circulating the remaining solution for 10 minutes. Discharge this solution to waste. Leave the clusters attached to the jetters. Do not rinse at this stage. Rinse thoroughly immediately before the next milking as above.

Directions for Use:
Preparation: After milking rinse equipment with clean water.
AUTOMATIC USE:
Circulation Cleaning: Prepare solution at 0.5% (200ml per 40 litres of water). Circulate solution at between 50°-70˚C for 5 minutes. Complete a final rinse with clean cold water.
MANUAL USE:
Brushing and Dipping. Post milking thoroughly rinse equipment with clean water. Prepare solution at between 0.5-1% (50/100ml per 10 litres of water) Leave prepared solution in contact with equipment for 5 minutes after brushing. Rinse off with cold water.
BULK MILK TANKS:
Rinse all tank surfaces in clean, warm water. Make a 1:200 solution using 200ml in 40ltr of warm water. Remove the plug, dipstick etc, and brush thoroughly in the solution. Close the tank outlet and brush all interior surfaces of the tank, paying particular attention to the underside of the bridge and tank cover. Allow solution to collect in the tank outlet, open and brush while solutions run to waste. Allowing at least 5 to 10 minutes contact time with all surfaces.
SPRAY CLEANING:
For automatic and manually controlled tank spray cleaning equipment, the instructions of the equipment manufacturers should be followed. All automatically cleaned tanks should be cleaned manually and sterilised at least once a month.
FINAL RINSING:
Where chlorinated mains water is not available, or if the supply is suspect, an approved hypochlorite may be added to the final clean rinse. Thoroughly rinse the tank lids and other components free of the solution by hosing with clean, cold water and allow to drain completely.
